All Star Cheer is divided into categories based on age and experience. These categories empower athletes to participate on teams where they can develop and thrive:

All Star Elite
All Star Prep
All Star Novice

2025-2026 Evaluations

Step 1. Join our CA band in order to register for evaluations

Step 2. Register for evaluation Clinics based off athletes age

Step 3. Login to your portal and register for evaluations

Elite

For individuals with strong cheer training and solid technical ability. Elite teams are comprised of athletes who are ready for highly competitive performance levels. This program is a full year round commitment.

Prep

For individuals with limited tumbling who want to strengthen technique and performance skills in a competitive team atmosphere. Prep teams typically require less time and cost commitments than are required of All Star Elite teams.

Novice

For individuals who are new to All Star but ready for performance-based teams that are evaluated at events. Novice teams focus on strengthening technique and performance skills that help prepare athletes for competitive All Star teams.
